QUALITY ASSURANCE

An annual review of affiliated and managed hotels are completed in order to determine if any necessary changes and upgrades are required to ensure the facility maintains a high level of quality to meet the requirements of their guest. Each hotel is provided with a Property Improvement plan after submitting an application.
